The Four States Praise Camp is pleased to provide a printable version of our pre-registration form online. The link is below. The total cost to attend the school for the week is $160 (including your deposit). Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. In-person registration begins at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2007, at Camp Canfield. To pre-register, via paper, print and complete the form below, and send it with your $50 deposit to: Four States Praise CampP.O.
